CIUDAD JUAREZ — Authorities in Mexico now know more about the bodies of 20 people found buried in mass graves in the Juárez valley. According to the Chihuahua Homicide Department, most of the victims were shot, others sustained head injuries, and some of the victims were suffocated to death. Authorities are still working to confirm the identities of the deceased. All of the victims are between 18 and 40 years old. Most were discovered last Saturday and some of the victims are believed to be U.S. citizens. Experts believe the murders occurred some time between 2001 and 2008.
