EL PASO-A Thanksgiving Day tradition will parade through the streets of El Paso again.
The city will play host to the 76th annual Sun Bowl Parade. Before the 20 floats can make their way down Montana, a rigourous safety inspection took place. That was the job of the El Paso Fire Department. The team of investigators inspect every nook and cranny of the floats to make sure there is proper exhaust ventilation, that all the materials used are flame retardant, and that every float has an accessible fire extinguisher.
The parade route starts Thanksgiving morning at ten on Montana and Ochoa and ends at Montana and Copia.
