EAST EL PASO — A newborn baby was in the hospital in critical condition after a hit and run in northeast El Paso.
Police said a vehicle hit Jalissa Jones and her one-month old baby who was in a stroller on Pierce and Raynor at 3 a.m. Saturday.
They said the driver did not stop.
Jones was able to stop another driver to get help.
The two were taken to University Medical Center.
Jones was in stable condition.
