EL PASO — NewsChannel 9 continues our series, "What's on the Ballot".
In two segments, we looked at the hotly-contested hotel occupancy tax (HOT) on Proposition 3, that will increase the current tax by two percent to pay for part of the Triple-A baseball stadium construction.
In the second segment, Adrienne Alvarez sat down with Deputy City Manager Bill Studer to see how taxpayers may still have to put in to help construct the ballpark.
