Hurricane Sandy Death Toll Increases

(CNN) — Twenty-nine Haitians have died in the wake of Hurricane Sandy, civil protection spokesman Joseph Edgard Celestin said Saturday. This raises Sandy's death toll in the Caribbean to 42.
