EL PASO — On Tuesday, city council will approve a $3.5m contract with the Texas Department of State Health Services Special Supplemental Nutrition Program.
The program is meant to assist low-income women, infants and children who need nutrition education and counseling to help enhance good health care at no cost.
Also, the El Paso Water Utilities will update city council on how they've been managing the drought here in El Paso.
