EL PASO — A former youth minister and Workforce Solutions employee was expected to change his plea Thursday on a child porn charge.
Joe Tapia III faced a charge of sexual exploitation of a child, of which he pleaded not guilty in court, but was expected to change that plea.
The FBI said they found explicit pictures on his work computer of children as young as 12 years old.
They also said he photographed two underaged boys at a church function. He was scheduled to be in Judge Frank Montalvo's court Thursday at 10 am.
