EL PASO — Starting Monday, El Pasoans will once again be able to water their lawn without checking their watch. However, they must still check the calendar.
From October 1 through March 31, residents can water at any time but have to adhere to their designated days.
Homeowners with even addresses can water on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. Odd addresses can water on Wednesday, Friday and Sunday.
If people don't follow the schedule, they could face a fine of up to $500.
