Man Dies of Crash Injuries in Alameda Crash

EL PASO — A man was killed after being injured in a crash involving 14 people Friday night.

Police said 22-year-old Yvonne Gomez lost control of her Nissan Altima on Alameda right near Loop 375. The car veered into oncoming traffic, causing a chain reaction involving four vehicles.

Adrian Hernandez, 23, was a passenger in the Nissan. He died Saturday afternoon.

Two others are in serious condition at an El Paso hospital.

Police say speed was a factor in the crash.
