TRUTH OR CONSEQUENCES, NM — An amber alert for a 15-year-old girl from Truth or Consequences has been canceled.
Safrina Ugsang, along with her sister Vanessa, had been missing since Wednesday night. The two were found at the border patrol checkpoint near Deming at about 1 a.m. Sunday with their father, Robert Ugsang.
Both children were in good condition and unharmed.
