EL PASO — A pickup truck pulling a utility trailer on I-10 East lost control early Thursday morning, causing heavy backup during the morning rush hour commute.
According to El Paso Police, the driver of a Ford F150 pickup truck somehow lost control, went over the guardrail and was left dangling from the rail. The attached trailer ended up resting from the guardrail.
Weather could have been a factor in the accident because the roads were wet from early morning rainfall.
Eastbound traffic on I-10 was reduced to one lane near the Sunland Park exit, and morning rush hour traffic was backed up past Mesa.
There were no reported injuries.
