World class cyclist Lance Armstrong says he's innocent, but that he'll no longer fight the U.S. anti-doping agency's charges against him.
The agency has accused Armstrong of using performance enhancing drugs during his cycling career.... claims Armstrong denies.
Tonight, USADA'S Chief Executive Travis Tygart says the agency will ban Armstrong for life and will strip him of his seven Tour de France titles.
However, it's unclear whether Tygart has the authority to make such decisions.
