El Paso, TX — Several El Paso Water Utility payment locations will be closed Friday, August 24, 2012. The water utility plans to upgrade its computer software on this day.
The online payment portals at epwu.org will also be out of service on Friday. Residents who need to pay their water bill can still drop off their payments at designated Wal-Mart and Ace Cash Express stores in El Paso.
