EL PASO — A public art project from the City of El Paso Museums and Cultural Affairs Dept. is expected to be completed by September.
The Aztec Pavilion will be featured in the newly renovated Cavalry Man Square.
It's a solar demonstration project intended to pay homage to the Aztecs.
The project will be constructed from a steel or aluminum frame and recycled architectural resins.
The pavilion will also include wireless internet boosters, solar cells and air conditioning outlets.
