DEMING, NM — An arrest of two Deming residents on child abuse charges lead investigators to find two children testing positive for meth.
Santana Garcia and Ray Rodriguez were arrested on a warrant issued Aug. 1.
On July 23, the children were removed from their home and drug-tested that same day. The results came back positive for meth. Garcia and Rodriguez were each arrested with felony charges.
