EL PASO — Tonight on News Channel 9 at after the Olympics, we speak with the mother of Baby Joanna Castillo. The one-year anniversary of the baby's death happened on Sunday. She was allegedly killed by her step-mother.
Baby Joanna's biological mother contacted us, saying she wanted to share her side of the story.
