Tony Romo is well aware of the pressure that comes with being a Quarterback in the NFL, and after the last ten years with the Cowboys, 6 as a starter, Romo has felt the pressure from Dallas' owner to the Cowboys fans.
"Just because you go by wins and losses sometimes, doesn't always dictate how you are playing individually, and I know that, and my position is very easy to look at that and say that's what matters most because it does. That's ultimately what we are judged by and ultimately what I want to be judged by. At the same token, it doesn't necessarily mean you are better than you are now."
Romo has steadily improved his performance and his leadership, but the victories have not followed. He and the team know this is a definitive season where the Cowboys have to win. Dallas preseason opener is Monday, August 13 vs Oakland.
