A major warning for parents from the Consumer Product Safety Commission. Certain types of strollers have been recalled after one child was nearly strangled and one died. The CPSC recalled two older versions of the Peg Perego stroller, the Venezia and the Pliko P-3 made between 2004 and 2007, saying an infant could slide through the opening between the stroller's tray and the seat, trapping their head and neck, potentially strangling them. Another stroller from Kolcraft was also recalled today because the front wheel can break, putting a child at risk of falling.
