EL PASO, TX — Well it's almost time to go back to school and this year parents will be spending more to send their children back to class.
According to the 2012 Back-to-School Spending Survey from the National Retail Federation, the average family will spend nearly $700 on their children, that's an increase of more than $80 over last year. Clothes will run about $245 and electronics nearly $220.
