EL PASO--- Tenants at an east El Paso apartment complex say they've had enough of living without water service for 24 hours a week.
Every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., the High Ridge Apartments complex turns off service in order to install brand new hot and cold water valves.
Some say it's leaving them without water to shower, clean dishes, cook, or even use the bathroom, yet they're being charged each month for a full water bill.
Apartment complex representatives say they're trying to complete the project as quickly as possible.
