The El Paso Parks and Recreation Department opened The El Paso Rose Garden on 1702 N. Copia Street.
It's one of 134 similar public rose gardens in the country.
The garden's roses come from The El Paso Rose Society and local nurseries.
The garden will be open every day from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. until it closes on October 30th.
