Investigation Continues After Infant Is Run Over

El Paso- The investigation continues tonight after a parked car started to roll and went over a one year old baby. Police say, the child's mom turned the ignition key but did not start the engine, so her kids could play out front and listen to music.  But her toddler managed to place the car in neutral, causing the car to roll over the baby who was standing outside. So far no criminal charges are filed. The baby is expected to be okay.
