EL PASO — The man wanted for indecency with a child was arrested without incident Wednesday.
Twenty-seven year old Felix Manuel Diaz had two outstanding criminal warrants including indecency with a child and improper photography/visual recording.
Diaz was booked under a total bond of $80,000 dollars.
