El Paso, TX — Go ahead and pour that extra cup of coffee, it could help you hold off Alzheimer's disease.That's the findings of researchers at the University of South Florida and the University of Miami.
Higher doses of caffeine appears to cause a delay in the onset of Alzheimer's even in older patients who show early signs of the disease. Researchers suggests that drinking about three cups of java a day could help hold off Alzheimer's.
