EL PASO -- An infant was rushed to a hospital after nearly drowning.
According to Emergency dispatchers, the 11 month old nearly drowned in a bath tub at 3220 Louisville in Central El Paso.
The girl was taken to University Medical Center and was breathing on arrival.
