EL PASO — Police have identified the driver killed in a rollover crash early Sunday morning as David Vera, 32.
The wreck happened at 4:00a.m. Sunday on Loop 375 near Montana.
According to police, Vera lost control of his Ford F150 along a curve and crashed into the guardrail.
The pickup truck rolled several times and Vera was thrown out. He died at the scene.
Police said Vera was not wearing a seat belt. Investigators also said Vera was not speeding at the time of the crash, and are not trying to determine if alcohol was a factor.
