A man accused of a kidnapping in Horizon City is on the run this morning.
Detectives say 25 year-old Ricardo Puentes Morales forced 30 year-old Sergio Caucedo from his home last September. Saucedo's body was found a short time later in Juarez. It's believed Puentes-Morales orchestrated the kidnapping.
Three men have already been arrested in connection to the kidnapping: 26 year-old Rafael Vega and 21 year- old brothers Cesar and Omar Obregon.
Sheriff's Deputies say Puentes-Morales he has recently been spotted in Tornillo and Fabens.
