Good news for chocoholics: a new study found that chocolate may help you stay slim.
Researchers at the University of California San Diego said chocolate affects your metabolic system. A study found those who ate chocolate more frequently had a lower body mass index (BMI).
In fact, even though chocolate eaters in the study consumed more overall calories, they still had lower BMIs.
Researchers said more studies like these are needed, and still don't recommend over-doing it on chocolate.
