EL PASO - A Tuesday evening stabbing in central El Paso had police searching for a Hispanic male suspect, 5'7" to 5'8" build said to have stabbed a pedestrian on his way to a store on N. Seville.
Police said the victim, a 29-year-old male, reported the suspect was wearing a grey hoodie when he was confronted. The victim and the suspect got into an argument that escalated into a physical fight resulting in the victim getting stabbed in the abdominal area. The suspect fled the scene and the victim was transported to University Medical Center where he was treated.
No word on whether the victim knew the suspect.
