EL PASO - El Paso is starting the new year on a good note at the pump.
Gas prices here in El Paso continue to be the lowest in the state; the average price for a regular gallon is $2.97 a gallon.
Texarkana has the highest price per gallon at $3.14.
The statewide average is at $3.10 a gallon; that's 18 cents lower than the national average.
