Kidnapped Maquila Director Rescued By Military

The plant manager of a maquila in Juarez who was kidnapped last week has been found.

Sources tell Newschannel 9 that Rudolfo Vasquez was found Monday night by Mexican soldiers who were given a tip to his location.

Vasquez, is manager of the Lear maquila in Juarez. He was found in a home in South Juarez with his hands tied and his face covered.

Two men were arrested by the military as well.

Vasquez told soldiers that he was kidnapped while on his way to work. The kidnappers were asking for 1.5 million dollars in ransom.
