EL PASO - On Saturday people from across the Borderland will come together to run for human rights.
The run will take place on International Human Rights Day, and it's being put on by the Border Network for Human Rights.
Each runner will represent a different aspect of the struggle to secure human rights for people who live on the border. Some rights include, education, access to health care and Constitutional rights. The runners will carry torches and wear a symbol of their rights.
The first group of runners will take off from The Chamizal at 10am, and they will run to Ascarate Park. When all runners reach Ascarate Park, they will hold a rally.
