We now know the identity of a man who crashed his car into an Upper Valley canal. Police tell us 25-year-old Ignacio Serada crashed his car early Tuesday morning. He reportedly told police he had to swerve on Upper Valley road to avoid an oncoming driver.
That caused his car to go off the road and into a canal. He also says after his car became submerged, he had to kick out the back windshield to escape the car. He was cited by police for failure to control speed and leaving the scene of an accident.
