President-elect Barack Obama has plans for a wide-ranging stimulus package to put people back to work and jump start the economy.
The border highway is just one project that could benefit from Mr. Obama's stimulus plans.
There's likely not even a completed draft of the bill, but the Texas Department of Transportation is getting ready.
