EL PASO - Police have named a fourth suspect in a roofing scam out of Horizon City.
Ricardo Coria Jr., along with Ricardo Coria and Tito Diaz, are accused of deceptive business practices.
Joshua Coria was also wanted in connection to the scam, but turned himself in to Horizon Police last week.
According to Horizon Police, the men gave residents estimates for roof repairs, cashed their homeowner's insurance checks then never came back.
Police think Ricardo Coria Jr. is driving a 1998 Jeep Cherokee.
