SAN ELIZARIO - A traffic stop turned into a high speed chase in San Elizario on Friday morning.
El Paso County Sheriff's Deputies say they tried to pull over Hugo Cordova, 28, for not using a turn signal. Instead, he punched it. Deputies say at one point Cordova was going 90mph in a 30mph zone.
He finally stopped, got out of the car, and started running. Deputies were able to catch Cordova. He's now charged with evading arrest.
