Dead Man Found in Juarez with Disturbing Message

JUAREZ - A man was found shot and killed in South Juarez, with a disturbing message.

Police said the victim had been shot more than seven times. The gunshots were mostly to his head.

Authorities said the gunmen left a message near his body that said, "for being a rapist."
