Two teens are in the hospital after a house fire in the lower valley. Just after 6 a.m., firefighters were called out to a house on the corner of Cuernavaca and Tarango. When they arrived on the scene, they found a man and a 16-year old girl outside. We are told the girl suffered burns to her face and smoke inhalation. Once firefighters entered the home, they found a 19-year old girl unconscious in a back bedroom. She was given CPR on the scene. Firefighters say the three people had trouble escaping the home because of rod iron bars on the windows. The cause of the fire is unknown. The victims are being sent to Lubbock Burn Center for treatment.
