Juarez - - Mexican President Felipe Calderon condemned a recent shooting that killed more than a dozen high school students in Juarez.
Calderon pledged a comprehensive reform to help Juarez find hope and respect for life.
On Sunday, suspected cartel hit men burst into a high school birthday party in Juarez, killing at least 16 people.
President Calderon described the act as despicable...
"We condemn the killings of these young men and women. 18 people...the majority of them students who were under age in Juarez. I share the profound pain of the victim's families, who I give my deepest condolences to. I wish a quick recovery for those who are still injured."
