LAS CRUCES-A baby found unresponsive in Las Cruces likely choked to death.
Autopsy results show a penny lodged in the 1-year-old boy's throat. Last Wednesday, the boy's mother noticed he wasn't moving and called for help. Investigators say the death is accidental and no charges will be filed.
