EL PASO - El Paso Electric crews have restored power to thousands of customers, after a power outage early Thursday morning.
According to EP Electric officials, about 7,000 customers in northeast and central El Paso were affected.
A technical problem at the substation on Dyer and Leo in the northeast caused the outage at 5:25 a.m. Crews restored power by 6:20 a.m.
