UPDATE-- The 19-year-old fugitive was reportedly shot by law enforcement earlier Thursday near Doniphan and Roosevelt in Canutillo.
Reports also said that he was taken to an area hospital.

VINTON, Texas -- El Paso County Sheriff's Deputies and several other law enforcement agencies are looking for a man who escaped their custody and is armed with guns, a bullet proof vest and a sheriff's radio.
Deputies went to execute a warrant for Fernando Lavenant on the 400 block of Rancho Estancias Drive in Vinton Thursday morning.
Deputies said Lavenant was placed in an unmarked unit then assaulted a detective and left in the unit.
Sheriff's deputies said he is armed and dangerous.
The Anthony Independent School District is on lock down and Canutillo High School is also on lockdown.
Deputies said if you see him, do not approach him, call 911.
Lavenant was last seen wearing a white shirt, grey pants and is in possession of weapons.
