We now know the names of two officers involved in a deadly shooting in Las Cruces.
Las Cruces police say Manuel Frias and Isaiah Baker were forced to draw their weapons, killing Anthony Medrano.
Baker has been with the department since September of 2007 and Frias since june 2008.
As we reported, the officers were called out to the 3,000 block of Petunia for a domestic dispute.
Police say Medrano threatened the officers with a baseball bat and a knife and refused to back down after being told several times.
Both officers have been placed on administrative leave.
