EL PASO- El Paso Independent School District Superintendent Lorenzo Garcia is facing more charges.
The FBI confirms the charges but has not said what they are. Garcia is accused of directing a contract valued around half a million dollars for a woman he had a personal relationship with. Garcia faces one count of conspiracy to commit mail fraud, two counts of mail fraud and one count of aiding and abetting theft from programs receiving federal funds. If convicted, Garcia faces up to 30 years in a federal prison.
