EL PASO, Texas -- El Paso County Sheriff's Deputies said a man wanted out of Dallas was taken into custody Wednesday.
Robert De-Rojas, 51, is considered to be a high risk sex offender.
El Paso County Sheriff's Deputies said they received a tip August 16 that De-Rojas was in Juarez.
They made arrangements to have that person escort De-Rojas to the Santa Fe Port of Entry where he was arrested.
Several law enforcement agencies assisted in the arrest including U.S. Customs and Border Protection, U.S. Marshals and El Paso County Sheriff's Deputies.
De-Rojas is being charged with failure to register as a sex offender and violating his parole.
