EL PASO- A game that sparked controversy in the Borderland is out for rent around the city.
Redbox is now offering 'Call of Juarez' at locations across the city. According to the description, the game is about the U.S. government bringing down a Mexican drug cartel after it bombed a U.S. law enforcement agency. Community leaders in Juarez say the game glorifies the violence for kids who are already drawn to crime.
They were trying to stop its sale, but were unsuccessful.
