EL PASO- Race El Paso is announcing the newest Half marathon and 5K for El Paso.
The Flying Horse Half Marathon & 5K Run will take place at Sunland Park Racetrack and Casino on Saturday, November 12, 2011.
The Flying Horse Half Marathon & 5k run will include a run on the horse racetrack with live video capturing the runners.
The Flying Horse Half Marathon is a 13.1-mile road race beginning and ending at Sunland Park Racetrack and Casino. The run offers local and visiting athletes a top-flight endurance event on a flat course in El Paso's Upper Valley. Based on the success of Race El Paso’s Eagle in the Sun Triathlon, organizers encourage Flying Horse Half Marathon & 5K participants to register early.
