DONA ANA COUNTY, N.M.- Police are searching for two inmates that escaped from a juvenile detention center in Dona Ana County last night.
Jesus M. Loera, 18, and Joshua Hernandez, 16, escaped from the J. Paul Taylor Center, a juvenile detention facility operated by the Children Youth and Families Department.
Loera and Hernandez overpowered a juvenile detention officer, tied the officer up, took the officer’s facility keys and escaped out of the back of the facility. Once outside, the two climbed over a fence and fled in an unknown direction.

- Hispanic male

- Hair – Black Eyes - Brown
