YSLETA- Three new principals have been named at three elementary schools in the Ysleta Independent School District.
Norma Sierra has been appointed the new principal of LeBarron Park Elementary School. Gloria Magallanez has been named the new principal of South Loop Elementary School. Daniel Gomez has been named the new principal of North Star Elementary School.
In addition, seven campuses will start the next school year with new leadership. Ruben Flores, who was principal of Parkland Middle, will now lead Cadwallader Elementary School. Felipe Barraza, former principal of Ranchland Middle, will now be principal of Ysleta Elementary School. Carmen Crawford, who was principal at Eastwood Knolls International School of Choice, has accepted a new leadership position as principal of Ranchland Hills Middle School.
Former Capistrano Elementary principal Espie Flores will now take the helm at RFK Pre-Kindergarten Center. Antonio Acuna, who was principal of Pasodale Elementary, now will lead Rio Bravo Middle School. Lynn Mussel, former principal of RFK Pre-Kindergarten Center, now will be principal at Capistrano Elementary School. Former Ysleta Elementary principal Homero Silva will be the new principal at Eastwood Knolls International School of Choice.
