EL PASO - We're still waiting to hear if the Water Improvement District's insurance company will cover the damages from a flood in the lower valley.
The Ramos Court neighborhood flooded after a worker was repairing a gopher tunnel near the Franklin Canal. Most families in the area lost everything.
The Water Improvement District tells us a local adjustor surveyed the damages yesterday, but now four adjusters from out of state are coming tomorrow to estimate how much it will cost - and whether those families will be covered.
